Annual Parish Meetings

Annual Parish Meetings (APMs) (usually held in April each year) differ from Parish Council meetings in that APMs are devoted to reports from the various organisations, clubs and committees in the village, to highlight what is happening in our village, and hopefully get more people involved in village life. As the Annual Parish Meeting is driven by the Chairman of the Parish Council and the Clerk, those not able to attend the meeting in person must wait until the minutes have been written up before being able to see these reports.

The draft minutes for the April 2017 meeting (including the reports) have now been published and can be read by going to the 'Local Government' > 'Parish Council Documents' menu and clicking on the 'View Documents' link adjacent to the appropriate meeting date.

From this page you can also read the minutes of Annual Parish Meetings and Parish Council Meetings dating back to 2013.
